With a clean and simple interface, you can monitor progress, raise priority, or close issues with just a few clicks. Your team will see updates in real-time.
Raising a new issue, adding updates, changing the issue priority, marking issues as 'Sorted!', or managing your team, all can be done through a simple and intuitive interface.
Add a must-be-done-by date on your issue, and the app will remind your team the day before, to ensure it gets done!
Each issue also has its own page, with the complete history of updates, where you can also add new updates or delete previous updates you have entered.
You will still receive a weekly report with all the recent udpates on the pending issues. Links on the email report will take you straight back into the web app where you can see more details, or add updates yourself.
The web app is fully responsive, working on most web browsers, work stations, laptops and smartphones.
